Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days after the order is processed.
Total estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days from order placement to delivery (processing + shipping).
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, contact us at support@ridgefolkgear.shop with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
